Returns and cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes our products do not match your expectations. Keeping our customers in mind, we have devised a flexible Return Policy that makes it easy to get a refund/exchange your product. All we ask for is 10 working days. Within 10 working days, we ensure that the product is exchanged/refunded! 

 *Due to Covid19, we are not accepting returns on masks. Once your order for face masks has been delivered, we cannot accept returns or issue a refund or cancel the order.*                                

Please find below the step-by-step guide for Exchange/Refund:                               

Step 1: Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you decide to return the product for a refund of your money/product exchange, you may initiate the process in the 'My Accounts -> My Orders -> Ongoing/Past Orders' section and return. Alternatively, you can email us at mentioning the reason for returning the product. This will help us to understand our customers better! 

Step 2: For fast processing, please courier the product at your cost, which will be reimbursed to you as mentioned below. Please mention the below said details on the courier pack.

Step 3: Please pack the product in the carton/bag in which it was received, attach the form, and courier it along with the invoice/bill.

Please ensure that the product is unused and unwashed and that all packaging, tags & bar codes are intact. 

 If the product has been used in any way, or if the tags and other packaging are not intact, we reserve the right to decide on the refund.                      

Once the product reaches us, we will inspect the product and if it’s in acceptable condition ( product unused, unwashed with all packaging

& tags intact ), we will either exchange your product or refund your money as per your choice mentioned in the Return form/mail. 

Refund will be for the Product Retail Sales Price as paid by you + Return courier charges* that were borne by you.                               

*Return courier charges will be reimbursed as below:

Bed sheets – Max Rs.100

Pillows, quilts – Max Rs.300

Bags & Other small products – Rs.50.                            

The refund amount will be credited to the same account that we received the payment from. 

That is, if the payment was made by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, we will refund the money to your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking account respectively as applicable.                            

Points to note :

Order cannot be canceled, once it is shipped.

The refund process will be initiated once we receive the goods and are found in acceptable condition as mentioned above.

If you cancel your order before the products are shipped, you can have your entire money refunded in less than 7 business days. 

Please follow up with your respective bank/card issuer post completion of the refunds process by to ensure that it’s getting reflected in your account.
